The cost of each private room & utilities is $1,000 due on the 1st of the month (no exceptions). One private room is located downstairs inside the house with a shared bathroom right next to it. The other private room is located upstairs in the house with a shared bathroom right next to it.
You're more than welcomed to come tour my house and get to know me. I will require that you text me a photo of your ID before I send you my address & allow you to tour my house. Please no phone calls, I won’t answer. You must be working full-time outside the home. Text me so that you can come over and tour the house and get to know each other. I will not “hold” the room just because you like it. The first one that’s a good fit & pays the rent + deposit will get the room.
