The apartment building is AWESOME! Super clean, well maintained, amazing location next to the pier, bars, restaurants, coffee shops. (*Our unit is blocked from train noises! Which is why I moved to it because some of the other units are... not :/)
The apartment has a beautiful kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, washer dryer in-unit, secure building, elevators, and underground parking.

Your bedroom is unfurnished, although could come with a queen size bed if you like. If you have your own bed, the room is not overly small, but would be tight fitting a king sized bed, due to a concrete pillar. The pillar looks cool, but does take up enough space that a queen bed would fit best. There's plenty of room for a desk, dresser, bedside table, etc.
I work remote and am looking for someone who does not.
I'm very clean, active (surfer), fun, respectful, and would like to have someone clean with fun energy too.
Move In as soon as possible, but finding the right roomie fit is important to me so I'll interview until a good match comes along.
