$800.mo plus $200 utility deposit to move in
$50-$75 pet rent, excluding animals over 120lbs.
Animals must be California vaccinated, licensed and NOT aggressive... per City rules and the safety of my animals.
You must be able to pass background check.

I have a private bedroom for one person.
AC unit in window, heater, table with chair, dresser, big closet, shared bathroom w/medicine cabinet, drawers, and shower shelves.
Shared kitchen, washer/dryer, large doggie door, w/ fenced in yard, ice machine, lots of space for things, your foods, and gardening.
Cigs and 420, smoking outside.
No fires allowed.
This is a quiet night household;
No awake all nighters (of course there is an exception to this)
No overnight guests, unless previously approved. No exception for this.
No "sleep all day renters" due to noise in the daytime
No exceptions to drugs and/or daily drinking.
This is an over 50 community however it's not implemented.
It is quiet, very nice, cameras everywhere, (no drama or drugs that I'm aware of)
LGBTQ+ friendly, & a FAFO mentality to defend that.
There is a community pool, washer & dryers, event center, a basketball court and walking distance to Valley and Ash.
plenty of parking.
This is month to month.
No lease and No squatters.
Must have a verifiable steady income.
Further discussion of long-term rental is an option after at least one month of rental.
Utilities range month to month. first bill would be with your second month of rent.
The utility deposit is for the month after you leave.
I can explain this in detail but it's pretty simple.
You will only pay for the utilities you use.
