Master bed/bath in 2bd/ba condo (Furnished). Pictured is the master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large closet, and a Cal-King Tempurpedic mattress. Also pictured is the kitchen and living room. 2nd bedroom not in photos, but I can get those for interested parties. 2nd bathroom is off the hallway, and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.
Located in central Escondido, this condo is close to Palomar college, a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, Walmart, and many major bus routes. It is minutes away from the 15 and 78 highways. The complex has two pools for your use, great for the summer!
The rent is $1,375, and is inclusive of water and trash, a dedicated parking spots, the first $150 of electricity every month, the first 600GB of high speed internet, and pool access. This past year, the tenants didn't ever use more than $150 of electricity a month or exceeded that data allotment, however the internet is 'upgradeable' to a higher cap outside of the rent if desired.
Refundable security deposit is $1,375, plus first month's rent (total $2,750 upfront). Selected applicant(s) will need to provide two references and complete a background check ($40 rental application fee). If you have concerns around this aspect, just ask. Tenant will be required to purchase renter's insurance, but this is usually only ~$20 per month.
Rent term is 12 months, but I may be open to a shorter duration for a higher monthly price.
