Hello,
I am renting the spare bedroom in my house. It is a dual master setup with 2 full baths and one half bath downstairs. You have a full bath in the bedroom and a large sunning balcony. The bed room is quite large with plenty of closet space.
There is a one car garage and large back yard. You will need to park on the street, but it’s a private street (which is rare) with plenty of safe parking directly in front of the house. There is only room in the garage for maybe one more surfboard and a bike. The house is fully furnished (besides the bedroom), and there’s no space for anything more.
The bedroom is quite large and unfurnished, but I can provide a mattress and desk chair if needed. The backyard is furnished as well.
I’m open to something short term or long term. There are a few chairs on your balcony currently, but I can take them out. The balcony is yours and attached to the room. It's super sunny and bright.
I’m a single straight white dude in my late 30s. I work from home. I work a lot. I've had male and female roommates before. I get along with everyone, and I'm pretty particular with who I live with. Things need to be pretty chill and quiet until I get to know you.
You need to be a responsible person paying on time and keeping your habits outside of the house. No smoking, no drugs, and no weed in the house. If you’re the type of person who hits the vape pen all day or smokes weed most nights/days, this is NOT the place for you. I work a lot from home. So the downstairs needs to remain quiet. There is tons of space in your room for a desk, couch, tv etc.
You will need to provide references. I don't mean to sound so strict, but there are a lot of deadbeats around here and I'm not interested in taking on that drama and headache. Life is awesome here so lets just keep that vibe going.

First months rent and deposit due and cleared before you move it. Deposit can hold the room. Utilities are around $150/mo. and includes everything; water, trash, internet, electric etc.
