3 bed 2.5 bathroom duplex with garage that is one block from the beach. West of coast highway in Encinitas and walking distance to D-street / Swamis beach and many great restaurants.
My brother and I live here. I am a scientist working in biotech and he is a a full time physics PhD student at UCSD. We generally like to keep to ourselves and maintain a pretty quiet/ mellow house. We are looking for someone that does not work from home and also likes to keep things pretty quiet, clean, and friendly. Preferable mid 20s to early 30s that is also active and works a lot.
We like to surf and dive. Garage is great for limited equipment storage.
The room is roughly 12 x 13ft plus a closet and shared bathroom (with my brother). Will be unfurnished and I'll try to get some pictures of the room later. Can move in as late as Aug 1 if it is the right fit.
