$1,500 Private Room/bath in Encinitas (Encinitas)

I’m looking to fill 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, located in the Village Park Area of Encinitas. My roommate moved out so i’m looking to fill the room as soon as possible. The room (attached in photos) is 11x13 with a big closet! It will be unfurnished and you would have your own bathroom not attached to the room. You would also have your own covered parking space. The apartment has in unit wash/dryer that work great. We also have a community pool/jacuzzi and a tennis court!
A little about me… I love going to concerts, surfing, hanging with friends, and playing music. I don’t drink/use drugs. I’m currently on disability leave from a surgery and won’t be back to work till the end of November.
My ideal roommate would be someone between age 25-35 who is clean, respectful, doesn’t use drugs or drink heavily, pays rent on time and keeps it mellow!
Your portion of the rent will be $1500 and that includes $100 in utilities. You will have to put in an application to the leasing office and have to be added to the lease which is up at the end of January with the option to renew. Unfortunately can’t have pets do to allergies.
