$1750 would include all utilities and rent. There is a TV in the bedroom, as well as, a desk to work from. The room has its own vanity and the bathroom is attached (but shared). You can be down at Moonlight Beach in less than a 2-3 minute walk and about a 10 minute walk to Stone Steps. I've been here for 8 years and this spot is a gem.
There are two other woman currently living in the unit. I will be heading home for the holidays and plan to have an extended stay with family. One of the other roommates may be doing the same, so you'll really only have 1 other person in the unit with you and she is usually at work.
I can be flexible with the dates but at the moment am looking for someone to occupy the unit from 12/19/2025 - 1/19/2025.
Would prefer a woman between 27-40. But open for the right person.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as, a little patio out back. Its an amazing neighborhood and community. Also, you're within a walking distance to downtown Encinitas and Leucadia.
NO PETS.
