I have no pets but love dogs, cats im just okay with.
Im going to school in the fall so im home, a lot, but the house is pretty big, so unless you are like extremely anti-social (lol...jk), it shouldnt be a problem.
Im pretty open minded which means i can respect and even support (depending on how our relationship develops) your life choices so I should be easy to get along with. As long as your responsibility to "the house" is "square"; whatever you're into is your business.
This is a prominent community, so in respect to our neighbor's, whatever drama you may have stays within your 4 walls, please.
Also, since PROMINENT comes w/ a PRICE TAG (and, since my "rich boyfriend " just left me...lol.) it is a semi-URGENT matter, so feel free to call or text for a faster response.
Month-Month lease, long or short term, but would prefer not to have to do this every few months.
Full access to kitchen, living/ tv room, garage/gym; pretty much anywhere but my room.
We will deliberate on noise level depending on each person's schedule and take care of any other issues that may arise from living with "strangers" as they come.
No preference on gender, race orientation, and ect.; as previously stated. Pay rent. Live life. The end.
Price may seem steep at first but with the Torrey Pines hiking trails, the miles& miles of beautiful beaches just a mile away and all the amenities that will be available within walking distance; you'll see its totally worth it.
Must have verifiable income and I will background check to make sure there's no "weirdos" living here but decisions will be based on the individual.
