We are looking for one person with no pets, as there is a cat there already. The room is not furnished, while the remainder of the home contains furnishings. You will share the utilities and all living spaces.
There is an extra partially furnished space that can be shared as an office or sitting room. This residence does not permit drugs or alcohol and is shared with another female occupant. You will need to provide proof of income, proof of age and vehicle registration. A credit and background check must be completed.
The home will be managed by a property manager and rent will be paid to the property manager. Showings will be by appointment only and you will have the opportunity to meet the current potential roommate. The security deposit will be equal to the rent and a lease will be drafted up. The HOA Board must approve your application.
