I have one room available in my ocean view house. It is located very convenient. It’s from 5 minutes from I-5 and close to shops. The room has its own bathroom and closet.
It can be furnished or unfurnished upon your choice.
I prefer someone not use too much kitchen. Of course you can use microwave oven and even coffee machine. The rent is $1600 per month. All utilities is included. The room is one person only and no pets! I posted few pictures. But the room has old furnitures. I will update the pictures asap.
