Hello. I have a large, bright, and sunny master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling on the second floor of a 4500 SQF home, gated luxury community, and it is located in a very nice neighborhood. It's a suite with a private bathroom, and large closet, and an additional drawer. There's a small fridge inside the room. It's located 5 minutes away from the Bressi Ranch shopping center (Trader Joe's and Sprouts). There's parking right in front of the house. The carpet was just washed, and it's very clean. It is available on December 1st, 2025.

There are only a couple of adults living in this house with no pets or children.

I am looking for a quiet single person, a non-smoker, no drug user, who works full-time out of the home with no pets, no guests, and a clean background.

We all like our privacy and don't socialize or bother each other at home. We respect each other and keep the noise down.
