I am looking at to rent my main bedroom/bathroom. I live in the second bedroom with loft attached, for when my daughter comes to visit.
I live in a gated community off Tamarack Ave., the unit is in the very back.
The unit is above, with one flight of stairs leading to the front door, and the living room and kitchen area are downstairs, two flights of stairs up to the bedrooms and laundry room.
There are patios on the main and upstairs floors, and the back stairs are only to be used for fire escape reasons, as per the HOA.
Dogs and cats under 20 lb. are allowed.
