ABOUT THE PLACE:
This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It's a quiet neighborhood with older couples. The bedroom is furnished with a quality mattress and closet wardrobe setup. The bedroom is kinda small but has great airflow and light, and there's a he kitchenette in the nearby garage. the kitchen has a large sink, full-size fridge and some dishes/utensils. Also included are use of the laundry room, WiFi and all utilities. You won't see us much unless your door is open and we are doing laundry or doing something in the garage.
Living in the main house are myself, my wife, and our Jack Russell mix doggie. There's plenty of street parking.
Must be mature, clean, quiet, non-smoker, considerate and responsible. No drugs and no drama. Over night guests are ok once in a while.
10 minutes from the 5 freeway, 5-10 minutes to GIA, 10-15 minutes to Palomar College, 15 minutes to Cal State San Marcos, 5-10 minutes to beaches, 2-5 minutes to shopping, including Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Von's, Stater Brothers, Jimbos, Gelsons, The Forum, Carlsbad Shoppes, etc.
