Hi, this one bedroom (the bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished) is available September 1st.
-Each room has its own good sized bathroom (bath/shower), a large walk in wardrobe that has ample hanging space. Plus, each has a little nook with a mini refrigerator, a coffee machine, kettle, and a microwave for private early morning coffees or late night snacks.
-The living area is fully furnished and equipped with a small shared kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and eating area, sofa etc. Keeping this common space neat and clean is important, but otherwise, there are no issues with how you keep your own room, with the exception of following the apartment complexes rules.
The complex has:
- A laundry on site and on the same floor as the apartment.
- swimming pool and Jacuzzi and small gym & more.
- Ample parking in the complex
- Only a short distance from the beach drive, with easy access to hwy 101 & 5, near shops, grocery stores and only 5-6 minute drive to down town Encinitas and Solano beach.
Rent price is $1450 unfurnished or fully furnished if you’d prefer.
This rent includes all utility bills, like water, sewerage, garbage, WIFI & kitchen supplies (like dishwashing liquid, cleaning agents, dish wash washer pods, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, cleaning sponges etc)
I’m a 24 year old guy, pretty new to San Diego; work full time, enjoy working out in the gym, most sports & hanging out with family and friends. When home, I live a quiet relaxed life; like to cook my own meals & hang out in my room or use the jacuzzi; rarely use the living room, so you’d have that to yourself for the most part.
