Job Duties: -Perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, dusting, polishing, and trash removal throughout the office, lobby, route ops building, conference rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas.
-Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpets, and scrubbing, recoating, or refinishing vinyl flooring as needed.
-Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, glass, appliances, furniture, fixtures, vents, and restroom facilities.
-Keep entryways, reception areas, and conference rooms tidy by arranging furniture and maintaining an orderly appearance.
-Restock supplies, maintain janitorial closets, and ensure equipment and materials are properly organized.
-Complete closing procedures, including logging concerns, securing the building, setting alarms, turning off lights, and verifying all tasks are completed.
-Follow the master cleaning list.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Prompt and regular attendance is required.
-The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
