E53 X5 rear differential. Removed from 2001 X5 3.0iA, 175,000 miles. Not leaking, no issues. Removed because vehicle is being converted to manual transmission. Factory part number 33107510656, 4.1:1 ratio. Axle flanges included. Rear cover heat sync has light damage which is not significant and does impact drivability or performance. Rear cover should be re-sealed prior to installation in vehicle. Fluid services have been completed on this differential throughout its life.
