This little Chihuahua mix is roughly 2 years old. He was severely neglected. He is a rescue. I believe he was isolated most of the time. He does well at the dog park but I would not suggest having him with small children. he has has not been. I don’t know that he will or won’t. He needs his shots. He needs to be chipped. He needs to be groomed. He needs a lot of attention loves affection, would be the perfect lap dog. He’s very sweet and spunky. I’ve been calling him Chance and he seems to have allergies. I’ve been giving them Benadryl and it works fine.
