This is a shared space, so we are looking for tidy artists who will clean
up after themselves and keep the space well-maintained for all artists. $300/per month/per artist
+ $300/deposit. 6-month lease required. Sip and wine events ok, but you must purchase wine from our on site bar.

Artist 2: Every Mon (24 full hours) + Sat 8am-12:30pm
Artist 4: Every Weds (24 full hours) + Sun 12:30pm-4:30pm
Artist 5: Every Thurs (24 full hours) + Sun 8am-12:30pm
Artist 6: Every Fri (24 full hours) + Sun 4:30-9
Additionally, all artists are welcome to attend and work in the
space during our 2nd Sat receptions from 6-10 each month.
The space has not yet been constructed, but will be beyond Studio 3. You can view a 3D tour - shot 2 weeks ago below. $300 deposit due upon signing of lease. First full month of $300 due Sept 1 (or possibly earlier). This is located within the ArtHatch/Distinction building along with multiple gallery spaces, 17 other artist studios, 2 escape rooms, and Last Spot bar.
