The office is professionally cleaned once a week (included). High-speed internet and all utilities are included. It is conveniently located in a business park in Encinitas just east of the I-5 (Encinitas Blvd).
Office is ideal for a health care professional, as the other rooms are occupied by occupational therapists (one specializing in biofeedback/neurofeedback and the other specializing in pelvic floor therapy and biofeedback). We will rent to any individual that seeks a professional environment to see clients, work without interruptions, maintain a high degree of privacy and confidentiality, and can contribute to a friendly atmosphere in the common areas.
TWO rental options:
Full time - $975/month – you control the room 7 days per week. You may use part or all the current furnishings. 6 and 8-month leases are available.
Part-time renters:
$300/month for one day of the week (e.g., all Mondays)
$500/month for two days of the week (e.g., all Mondays and Tuesdays)
$750/month for three days of the week (e.g., all Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays)
Day renters are on a month-to-month commitment.
This office includes:
