We are a Mobile Podiatry Practice that is seeking an office Administrative/manager. We are looking for a responsible, confident individual who will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc. Duties include assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. We're looking for an energetic, experienced professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.

The doctors provide House-calls to patient’s home, whether home is a private residence, assisted-living facilities, or Skilled nursing facilities.

The doctors already have medical assistant(s) that will go with them on the field. However; this position is mainly for the office (not field) assistant/manager. Please note that this practice does not see patients at the office so the administrative assistant will help patients from the office via phone...

Prior experience at a medical office is highly preferred.

JOB DUTIES include (but not limited to):
Provide administrative assistance to the Doctor at the office.

Answering phones.

Act as the point of contact and be in direct communication with patients, their family members, home health agencies, insurance carriers, etc.

This assistant must be able to comfortably and; confidently provide information to customers over the phone about mobile Podiatry Services.

Organize and schedule appointments

Manage office operations, including keeping records, maintaining organized files and documentation

Ability to plan, manage and anticipate workloads

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, take direction, and show initiative in managing tasks

Perform all other office duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS include (but not limited to):

Excellent time management skills

Attention to detail and; strong problem-solving skills
Dynamic, energetic, friendly and professional attitude (both in person & on the phone)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. The ability to see tasks through to completion

QUALIFICATIONS include (but not limited to):

• Highly motivated and; confident
• Is eager to learn and advance
• Can work independently, but is also a team player
• Is articulate, with excellent communication skills. Speaking Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Compensation
To be discussed in person. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. This is a long term position.
