Outstanding Poway records and storage management company seeks candidate to serve as Front Desk Receptionist while also providing administrative and clerical support to outstanding staff. The company is seeking a candidate who enjoys people interaction and possesses 1-2 years+ experience in an office in a support role.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain organized records and files, utilizing computerized systems for data entry and management.
Provide administrative support including handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Computer literate
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
