We are a locally owned and operated property management company based in Escondido. We manage over 600 apartment units, 120+ commercial spaces, and 9 Grande Laundry locations throughout North County.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, numbers-driven professional with a strong banking or accounting background to join our team. This position plays a key role in reporting, balancing, analysis, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records across multiple businesses.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare and generate business reports including benchmarking, utility comparisons, income tracking, and budget reporting
•Compile and organize source data for accurate entry and reporting
•Review and balance financial and operational data
•Assist with accounting-related reporting
•Maintain organized records across multiple business entities
•Support team operations and process improvements
•Follow company policies and recommend operational improvements when needed
Qualifications:
•Banking, accounting, or strong financial reporting background preferred
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Comfortable working with numbers and balancing reports
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour D.O.E.
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
