Duties include cashiering, basic clerical functions, data entry, answering phones and routing callers to the appropriate departments, responding to phone and email messages, registering participants and collecting payments for various programs, and providing excellent customer service. Applicant should have great organizational skills, be able to multi-task and perform efficiently under pressure, work well with a team as well as independently, and be comfortable enforcing company policies and dealing with difficult customers.

Requirements: Must have previous customer service and money handling experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Knowledge of and/or experience with hockey and/or ice skating is desired, but not required.
Position will require weekday afternoons/nights and varying shifts on weekends. (Please do not apply if you are not available on weekends.) Must be able to start ASAP!
