LEAD SINGER/GUITARIST available for/seeking Band (North County)

Hello. I'm an experienced Lead Singer and Guitar Player (40s) available for a band that has the need, or open to starting something new. Open to Covers and/or Originals, as long as the music is tight!! Prefer groups where everyone can and does sing, at least backup/harmonies.
My bread and butter is TOP 40, Pop, R&B, Pop/Rock. I'm partial to newer music, like music from this century. NO "Classic" Rock or bullshit Blues - Not ready to play the retirement home circuit. Vocal range is Baritone - Tenor.
