Includes an OEM obsolete 1975-E79FX shifter cam (34006-74) that reverses the OE ratchet shift pattern to: Forward for 1st, back for Neutral, and back for 3rd and 4th, so your arm is trailing the forward motion of travel. Case is 4th sub-type, date coded G-6 (July 1946). The ratchet top is a 1959-up that includes the neutral light sending unit for the dash lamp indicator.
