Job Requirements:
We are looking for employees with experience of industrial walking foot sewing machines to sew multiple layers of heavy textiles and high temperature insulation. Work experience in upholstery (marine, home, auto, or spa) is closest to what we make. We manufacture both single layered and multi layered insulation products. We will supply personal protective equipment. We treat all employees like a family or a team.
We are a small growing business. There is an opportunity to advance upward for qualified personnel.

Job Requirements:
• Applicants MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified.
• MUST have INDUSTRIAL SEWING EXPERIENCE with single and double needle machines.
• Able to sew multiple layers of heavy textiles (upholstery background preferred).
• Must have the ability to operate machinery.
• Must have the ability to cut fabric by hand.
• Some English speaking is preferred but not required.
• Should be able to understand some English.
• Drug free - working around heavy equipment requires you to be drug free.
• Heavy lifting required up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain overall workspace including a neat, organized, and productive work environment that is consistent with company quality standards.
• Perform other related tasks as required
Position Details:
• Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday
• Repeat tardiness or no show is justification for immediate termination.
• Probationary period for 90 days
