This top of the line CoreTec luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed in a 3,400 sq. ft. house over a year ago. It's now being replaced with real wood. It is in excellent condition and will be removed carefully to be repurposed.

The lowest price you'll find it for new is $9.29 a foot. It is 15 mm thick (almost 5/8 inch) and has a 30 mil top wear layer. It is 100% waterproof. There are also 7 unopened boxes of extra leftover from installation. Of course some of it will be unusable because of cuts to fit the installation, but there will be at least 2,000 Sq. Ft. of full length boards - and you are welcome to all the cut boards too because they can still be fit into certain areas.

The boards are all 9 inches wide and there are 3 different lengths - 82", 55" and 28". They will be available within the next 2 weeks. This flooring was over $22,000 dollars new - you can have it all for $4,000
