New Interior Wood Doors: Manufactured by Craftsmen In Wood, Phoenix, Arizona. The doors are premium knotty alder with antique alder distress and Santa Barbara finish. The Panel Collection model number 219-01-A. The dimensions are 1-3/4" X 3'-0" X 8'-0". No hinges or door handles, the installer will need to drill/bore the holes for the handle and hinges for the installation. Includes door jam, purchased new, the doors were never installed. Four new doors available, very reasonably priced, $750. each, the price is firm, I will not haggle on the price. I purchased 46 doors at $1,500. each plus the sales tax & shipping. I did not use all of the doors on the building upgrade, I develop & renovate office buildings & medical buildings. If I do not sell the doors at $750. each I will use them on my next project, this is a very good deal for the right person. Check the current retail price on the doors before you call.
