Moderate-to-Severe Eczema Clinical Trial (Vista, CA)

W Vista Way
compensation: Compensation up to $2,660 for completion of the study.
If you have moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD)… a clinical research study evaluating an investigational treatment may be right for you.

This study is assessing an investigational biologic, a type of medicine that works systemically (throughout the body). The biologic being studied, called barzolovolimab, is expected to target and calm the overactive parts of the immune system that cause inflammation and other eczema symptoms. Some biologics are already available, but an unmet need remains for eczema patients who don’t respond to, can’t tolerate, or don’t feel comfortable taking existing therapies. Your participation could help fill that need.

Since different people may respond differently to the same medication, we are seeking participants of every race, gender, and ethnicity to join this study. Scientific breakthroughs start with people like you.

To qualify for this study, you must:
• Be age 18 or older.
• Have had AD for at least 1 year.
• Within the past year, have not responded adequately to treatment with topical corticosteroids (TCs) or topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCIs), or have been advised against taking them by your doctor.

Qualified volunteers will receive:
• Investigational study treatment.
• Study-related medical evaluations.
• Compensation up to $2,660 for completion of the study.
