Experienced Framing Crew Needed – Beam Raise / Opening Modification (Escondido)

Start Date: Around May 26
I am looking for an experienced framing crew to help with structural framing modifications at my residence starting around May 26.
This is not general handyman work. I need a crew that is comfortable with temporary shoring, beam work, opening modifications, and clean structural framing.
Scope of Work
There are two main areas:
1. Family Room Beam Modification
Raise an existing beam approximately 2 feet higher than its current location.
The existing wall/framing above the beam will need to be modified accordingly. The second-story framing/TJIs above appear to run parallel in this area, but the crew must review conditions in the field and coordinate with the approved structural details.
2. Kitchen Opening / Beam Modification
Raise another beam in the kitchen area and widen the existing opening.
New beam will be provided and on site.

I will have the following ready before work starts:
Stucco/demo opened at affected exterior areas
Drywall/demo opened at affected interior areas
New kitchen beam on site
Required lumber/materials on site or ready to order
Material lift available
Scaffolding available
Work areas cleared for access
Requirements

Ideal crew should have:
Experience with structural framing and beam replacement/relocation
Ability to safely shore walls/loads during work
Own framing tools
Reliable crew available starting around May 26
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently inside an occupied residence
License and insurance preferred
