If you find me a home owner who wants an offer from a cash-buyer like myself, and they accept my offer and I close on their home, I will pay you a $2,000 finder's fee for connecting me with them.
The only condition is the house has to be what's called "off market." Meaning, the house can't already be listed with a real estate agent, or listed "for sale by owner." It has to be a property you find by either door knocking, or you already know the owner cause they're your friend, or co-worker, or you know them from church or school or social media or the gym etc.
So maybe you have a friend or family member and they're getting older and want to move from a two story home to a smaller one story home, because all their kids have moved out, and they don't want to deal with stairs cause of their age. And their home isn't for sale yet, but they're THINKING about selling soon. Introduce me to them - I just need the address, the owner's name, and their phone number, and if I buy their home, escrow will pay you out $2k just for connecting me to them.
