Coast To Coast Restoration is hiring a Lead Mitigation Technician to run jobs in the field, lead technicians, and keep projects clean, safe, and well-documented. This role bridges field execution and project coordination.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading water/mold/fire mitigation jobs (setup → monitoring → completion)
Moisture readings, equipment checks, containment/PPE, and jobsite cleanliness
Daily documentation (photos/readings/notes/logs) and daily updates to management
Training/supporting techs and maintaining professionalism onsite
Keeping trucks/equipment stocked, clean, and organized
We’re looking for someone who:
Has mitigation/restoration experience and can lead a crew
Communicates clearly and documents thoroughly (non-negotiable)
Has a valid driver’s license and is physically capable of field work
Bonus: IICRC certs (WRT/ASD/AMRT) or willingness to get them
