We are looking for a Full Time Grounds Keeper/Landscaper who is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the property grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role includes various tasks such as landscaping, cleaning, and minor maintenance duties. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Maintain landscape by mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns, in addition to trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots and recreational areas.
• Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms and recreation facilities.
• Ensure the trash receptacles are emptied regularly and cleaned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment.
• Additional duties, tasks and responsibilities as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in landscaping preferred
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
