Precision Construction and Painting esta buscando waterproofers con experiencia en la instalación de:
-Life Deck
-Pli-dek
-WestCoat systems
La mayor parte de nuestro trabajo se realizará en balcones elevados, escaleras, rellanos y pasillos.
Debe tener la capacidad de hacer lo siguiente:
- Demo de plataformas y madera existentes
- Instalar flashing/scuppers
- Instalar drenages
- Instalar madera nueva con la pendiente correcta.
- Instalar Acrylic lath waterproof systems
- Framing básico
Otros requisitos:
-2-5 años de experiencia
-Poseer y mantener un conjunto de herramientas básicas para el trabajo.
-Transporte confiable

-Life Deck
-Pli-dek
-WestCoat systems
The majority of our work will be done on elevated balconies, stairs, landings and walkways.
You Must have the Ability to do the Following:
- Demo existing decks and plywood
- Install flashing/scuppers
- Install drains
- Install new plywood with the correct slope
- Install Acrylic lath waterproof systems
- Basic framing
Other Requirements:
-2-5 years of experience
-Own and maintain a set of basic tools for the job
-Reliable transportation

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay: $26-$36/ hour depending on experience
