This role involves a mix of mechanical repairs, plumbing, low voltage electrical work, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general site upkeep. We’re happy to train the right person on our specific equipment and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical repairs, plumbing fixes, and equipment troubleshooting/maintenance
• Handle low voltage electrical repairs, wiring, controls, and installations
• Conduct routine preventive checks, cleaning, and refilling of supplies/chemicals
• Maintain site cleanliness (trash removal, drain checks, general facility upkeep)
• Work independently: self-manage time, identify priorities, respond to issues promptly, and stay productive without constant direction
Requirements:
• Proven experience in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or equipment maintenance (low voltage and troubleshooting a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort learning new systems/equipment
• Ability to work autonomously, stay busy productively, and handle routine site tasks
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must live in or very near Fallbrook, CA (local applicants only—no relocators)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean background
