JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are in search of a FULL TIME and PART TIME Day Porters / janitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning.
JOB DUTIES:
Our Day Porters are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the luxury apartment complex they are assigned to, with cleaning duties that include cleaning of common areas, model apartments, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities:
* 3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience!
* attention to detail and be a self-starter!
* a strong work ethic and job maturity!
* be extremely dependable!
* a professional appearance!
* reliable transportation!
* ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff!
