New Venture Christian Fellowship Church is hiring an Office/HR Manager who will oversee key aspects of the work conducted within New Venture Christian Fellowship. Many of these aspects will be administrative in nature; all aspects will facilitate the purpose, vision, and values of the church. This person will also be responsible for the administration of human resource policies and procedures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office/Human Resources Manager will work closely with all departments and employees throughout the church while providing support on Human Resource matters as appropriate
Lead confidential employee relations and communication issues
Build and maintain a strong organizational culture
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years previous administrative experience required
Evidence of a vital and mature relationship with Jesus Christ; visible passion for God; exhibits exemplary Christian character, including being a role model.
Sound administrative and organizational skills along with superior communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation.
Understanding of labor laws and human resources fundamentals.
Exhibit professionalism, demonstrated by a well-groomed appearance and conscientious work ethic.
