BASIC CLEANING INCLUDES:
Kitchen:
Counter tops, sink, stove & burners, outside of all appliances, inside microwave, empty trash, vacuum and mop floors.
Bathrooms:
Counters, sinks, mirror, tub, toilet, shower walls, doors, tracks and floors.
Dusting:
All furniture, window sills, mirror closet doors and rotate blinds.
Vacuuming:
All carpet, rugs, stairs and floors.
Cost for Basic Cleaning:
1-2br 1-ba $75-100
2-3br 2-ba $110-150
3-4br 3-4ba $150-up
Prices depends on the condition of the house and square feet.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC CLEANING:
Windows, oven, fridge, blinds, inside/outside of cabinets, baseboards and ceiling fans.
