I am searching for a private unfurnished 1-bedroom or studio to rent starting mid February. $2,000 max budget, including utilities. Id like to stay within 15 minutes of the coast but can flex for the right place. Single occupant, late 20s, full-time job, 780+ credit score. I have 4 years of rental history and am happy to provide references. I consider myself fairly Type A when it comes to being clean, I am respectful, and an excellent communicator. Hoping to find the next gem of a place to call home! My top priorities are cleanliness, safety, and a responsive landlord. A little about me: I like to enjoy all the things San Diego has to offer - beach days, fitness classes, markets, camping, people watching, live music, trying new restaurants. I typically am enjoying 90% of my day outside, with my friends and relax and recharge at home. I am very lowkey, don't like the drama, and want to keep living a peaceful sunny life out here in SD!
