True Care Community Living Services is hiring an active, dependable companionship provider to support a woman with autism during enjoyable community outings and evening activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys walking, getting out in the community, and building a positive connection while providing safe, supportive companionship.
About the Role
This position is centered around companionship and community outings. The client enjoys being active and getting out of the house for fun and engaging experiences.
Activities may include:
Long walks in the community
Mall outings
Beach walks
Dinner outings
Other enjoyable community activities
Occasional time accompanying client on the family’s boat
You may even enjoy free meals during dinner outings while accompanying the client.
Schedule
3 evenings per week
3 hours per shift
Flexible schedule

Comfortable supporting a woman with autism in the community

Preferred Experience
Experience is a plus in:
Respite care
Caregiving
Autism support
Disability support
Community-based support
Requirements
Valid California Driver’s License
Able to complete onboarding requirements, including background clearance and training
