🛠️ Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Record care in the Matrix Electronic Medical Record System
Administer medications following established procedures
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid
Support residents during mealtimes and monitor food intake
Encourage participation in social activities and provide transportation assistance
Report changes in resident conditions to the Assisted Living Director
Uphold safety and infection control standards
Help train new staff and support individualized care plans
✅ Qualifications:
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
Fingerprint clearance (as required by licensure)
Valid Food Handler’s Certification
First Aid Certification
