Did you know that chickens need at least 14 hours of light to continue to lay eggs? During the winter, laying slows down or may halt due to rainy, cold and windy weather. Chickens must retain heat to survive.
Farm Fresh eggs from friendly non caged chickens! My chickens are out all day from sunrise to sunset. all natural, no medications, etc.
My chickens choose their own bugs , produce, spent grain high in protein, grass, weeds....
tip: My eggs are not washed. They naturally have a bloom on them. If you wash off the bloom, the eggs are more porous and will not stay as fresh as long. They should be able to last 6 weeks in your refrigerator. Fresh eggs don't need to be refrigerated if you plan on eating them soon.
