Archontophoenix tuckeri, is native to Northern Australia, a rare Archontophoenix species that has found its way into cultivation all over the world. Occurs in many areas of Cape York Peninsula, Queensland from Mcllwraith Range to Cape York, from sea-level to the 1500 foot altitude. Easy to grow like all the king species palms. New frond emerges with a BRONZE or REDISH-BROWN color, much like the flame thrower palm but handles full sun! Also has white underside to the leaflets. Fast grower!
These were grown from seed by me!
5 gallon $65 (pics 5-7; most bigger than these!)
