The Dwarf Chusan palm is considered to be the nicest looking windmill palm with its stiff, tighter and smaller size fan leaf. Very wind tolerant. Stays below 20' height. Very cold tolerant and has a high dry heat tolerance as well. More compact than the regular Trachycarpus fortunei, or regular windmill palm. Grows a bit slower.
