Biochar is made of oak wood that gets heated on a tort system up to 700 degrees Farenheit. Then is activated by dipping into fish tanks to secuester the ammonia and the nitrates. It can also be activated by combining it with worm castings or organic compost. Excellent as a slow release fertilizer when mixed with worm castings or organic compost. One to 300 pounds for $1.00/pound. 301 up to 999 pounds for $ 0.70/ pound. 1000 pounds or more for $4 0.60/pound.
