Quiet and private ranch. Dressage arena and fenced lunging arena. Restroom. No trail access.

Two feedings hay (Bermuda and/or alfalfa) daily. Will feed your bagged supplements. Will put your fly spray on your horse. Small. Quiet. Caring environment. Private ranch. Owner and horse caregivers live on premises.

Each horse is given loving, custom care for their optimal well-being. Relaxed, quiet setting is ideal for retirement and lay ups, but all are welcome.

Currently Available:

• In-and-out box stall with paddock - $500 (turn-out additional charge)
       ○ Option for turnout with one to two other horses (based upon horse compatibility) in spacious field with shade trees
• Fully-covered shelter with large field & shade trees—good for 2 horses - Contact for pricing

All available spaces are close to covered barn aisle, feed & tack rooms and wash rack.

I've been working with and caring for horses 30+ years. Individualized care provided, including:

• Bermuda and/or alfalfa hay fed twice daily
• Stalls/Pastures cleaned daily
• 2 Arenas—one a full-sized dressage arena
• Fly repellent and masks *
• Special feeding/diets (grain, senior feed, supplements, etc.) *
• Restroom for boarders
• Will feed your bagged supplements, apply fly spray and check for injuries daily
• Optional, additional services available (e.g., cleaning hooves, blanketing, etc.—please ask)
