Do you have a smallish patio? Then this set is for you.

Compact size sofa is 50" x 30" and the 2 chairs are each 28" x 30". Made from durable acacia (which ages in color like teak), the wood is in good shape, but needs cleaning and oiling to look its best. The back rail of the sofa is intact but has splits that can easily be repaired (see photo). Cushions need a good cleaning. Even though they are faded, they are in great shape. Overall, the set is in great shape and will look fine on your patio after minor repairs and a good scrubbing.
