Made by “On-Stage Stands,” they made several grades, these are the professional-grade / heavy ones... (surprisingly heavy)...

Very sturdy Stands, can be set with big wide base. Used as pictured but still do what they are supposed to do, fully adjustable, functional, fold up / collapse down, completely portable. Check these out on line, they are not cheap. Selling at a discount because there is a hose-clamp (see pics) around one of the braces where the brace started cracking.

I inherited these, that’s how I got them, but they have been used over and over again for many shows, and still do the job.....
