It includes Four higher resolution Olympus objectives: Olympus UPLANFLN4X objective, Olympus UPLANFLN10X PH1 objective, Olympus LUCPLANFL20X PH1 Long Working Distance objective, and Olympus LUCPLANFL40X PH2 Long Working Distance Objective. It has a 4 position nosepiece, CKX3-MVR mechanical stage with X/Y control, It includes: Two Olympus 10X/22 adjustable diopter eyepieces, three position IX2-SL pre-centered phase contrast slider. It includes power supply for the built in transmitted light with connection cable, 3mm allen and a filter cube wrench. It includes a centerable CKX3-RFA fluorescent illuminator with 3 position slider, and adjustable aperture. Three filter cubes with excitation, dichroic, and emmision filters are included: B-excitation, G-excitation, and UV/DAPI (375/28X, 415BS, 435LP) filter cubes. It includes an Excelitas X-Cite 120 LED Mini power supply (XT120LM-0377) with on off control and power cord, X-Cite 120 LED Mini Lamphouse (serial# RS0454) with connection cable, and X-Cite Speeddial (019-00189R) adjustable intensity control with push on/off. It also includes a 12.5MP Olympus DP80 Camera (serial# 6J45340) with connection cables and computer board. The DP80 board with Olympus Cellsens software is installed in the included Shuttle XPC Cube computer.
